This first step allows us to understand your project’s requirements, technical specifications and timeline constraints. Our team immediately begin to analyse the optimal solutions for your needs.
2 EXPERT DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT:
Our specialized design team transforms your requirements into technical drawings. Using advanced CAD software, we create detailed documentation for both stairs and balustrades, delivered in industry-standard DWG and PDF formats.
3 APPROVAL PROCESS:
Working closely with your team, we refine every design touch. Your architects and engineers review our proposals and we integrate their expertise and requirements into the final specifications.

The structural integrity is given by concrete and reinforcement specified by the project structural engineer. At this stage approval from a Structural engineer is a must. This collaborative approach ensures that every technical requirement and architectural vision is met with precision.
4 PRECISION MANUFACTURING:
Once we receive the final approval (Status-A) from your technical team, our production unit is ready for action. Each component is manufactured using state-of-the-art equipment and premium materials, with rigorous quality control at every stage. Our experienced technicians guarantee that every weld, cut and finish meets our demanding standards and your specifications.
5 SCHEDULED DELIVERY:
We understand that timing is the key in any construction. Our logistics team works closely with site managers to coordinate deliveries that align closely with your construction schedule. Whether you need delivery directly to the job site or to an alternate location, we make sure Primestairs components arrive in perfect condition exactly when you need them.
6 INSTALLATION:
While the initial installation of the stairs is handled by the client, once this step is completed, the client informs us, and we schedule our welding team to come on-site. They will efficiently install the balustrade returns and wall-mounted balustrades, if required, ensuring a seamless and professional finish.
